The Great Hall

Two staircases create a dramatic entry into the Great Hall, which is an expansive, carpeted space with a full bar and long window bank looking out to the lawn.

Rates

UConn Departments and Organizations 

Monday through Friday, 8AM to 9PM,  
$300 for the first 4 hours and $50 for each hour after that.
Saturday through Sunday, 9AM to 7PM  
Please note, we do not permit alcohol in the building on Sundays – NO EXCEPTIONS 
$300 for the first 4 hours and $50 for each hour after that

UConn Affiliate Groups 

Monday through Friday, 8AM to 9PM,
$400 for the first 4 hours and $50 for each hour after that.
Saturday through Sunday, 9AM to 7PM

UConn Alumni 

Monday through Thursday, 8AM to 9PM,
$400 for the first 4 hours and $50 for each hour after that
Fridays and Saturdays, 9AM to 9PM,
$600 for the first 4 hours and $75 for each hour after that
Sunday, 9AM to 7PM
(please note, we do not permit alcohol in the building on Sundays – NO EXCEPTIONS),
$500 for the first 4 hours and $75 for each hour after that

The spacious Alumni Lounge offers a private and relaxing spot featuring couches and comfortable chairs to give you a break from the typical office setting.

Alumni Board and Conference Room (107)

The Alumni Board & Conference room is perfect for meetings and team conferences. This room is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology including flat screen monitors with laptop hookups, audio, teleconferencing, and phone capabilities.

Alumni Board and Conference Room Extension (108)

Alumni board & Conference Room extension is perfect for small team meetings and conferences. This room is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology including flat screen monitors with laptop hookups, audio, teleconferencing, and phone capabilities.

Foundation Board Room

Huge conference room is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology including flat screen monitors with laptop hookups, audio, teleconferencing, and phone capabilities. Perfect for conference meetings and celebrations. Only available to UConn Staff/Departments

The Alumni Center is located on the University of Connecticut’s main campus in Storrs. The address is 2384 Alumni Drive, Storrs, CT 06269-3053.

Our largest space, the Great Hall, accommodates 120 seated or 250 standing.

Any licensed and insured catering company is allowed. The venue does not hold a liquor license, so all alcohol is required to be provided by a licensed entity such as a caterer or bartending service. We have a small catering kitchen on the premises. We do not permit alcohol in the building on Sundays.

The Alumni Center provides chairs and a combination of tables, including tall and/or short cocktail tables, eight-foot buffet tables, and six-foot round tables. All in-stock quantities are included with your rental.

The UConn Alumni Center may be available to rent if you are not a UConn Alumni.  Please email  tfelder@foundation.uconn.edu and facilitiesevents@foundation.uconn.edu with your event details and we will get back to you on whether or not you are able to book with us.

2. Click University Login with SSO
3. Login with your UConn email and password
4. You will have access to view the calendar and reserve the room within FMX.

For Outside Members:

1. Email frontdeskandfacilites@foundation.uconn.edu and request a login link.
2. Open email from FMX and create a username and password.
3. You will have access to view the calendar and reserve the room within FMX.
